Curry Chicken

A typical curry from the Indian subcontinent consists of chicken stewed in an onion- and tomato-based sauce, flavoured with ginger, garlic, tomato puree, chilli peppers and a variety of spices, often including turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Chilli Chicken

Chilli chicken is a sweet, spicy & slightly sour crispy appetizer made with chicken, bell peppers, garlic, chilli sauce & soya sauce. Boneless cubes are marinated in soya sauce, chili sauce and pepper. Then deep fried until crisp. Later they are seasoned again in flavorful sauces.

Danial Punni

Master Chef

Chef name is Mr Danial Punni. He born and brought up in Punjab, India. He belongs from Farmers family. He finished his study in Phagwara. From the childhood his interest is in Hospitality Line. He learned most his cooking from his Grandfather he was a great Chef in his area and his father was a Farmer. He got cooking skill as his heritage. So after finishing his graduation, he start working with Grand father. When his family found his interest is in cooking line so they put him into institute to do Hospitality Management. After he finishing his diploma, he start working as a Sekhon Grand, Dolphin and he got experience from lots of Famous Restaurants. He came to Canada in 2005 as a Chef in Edmonton. He worked in Edmonton as head chef. His specialist is in Indian Sweets, Curries and Indi Chinese Fast food. He was Running his own Food truck in Calgary. Now he came to Surrey to show his talent.
